Love this hotel when flying out of Toronto! My last visit they were under renovations but have now completed the work from what I saw. The lobby was fresh and new, have a little market set up in the corner to buy refreshments or snacks for the road. My room was 5 star amenities from even a coffee table that lifts up to revert into a table to eat comfortably in front of the TV while watching the hockey game. As always to top my stay off the staff are always helpful with a smile and makes me look forward to my next visit!!!

POSITIVES: -great location near airport for next day's flight -staff&management were wonderful and very accommodating -the pool and all facilities were very clean and quiet -the Moxies voucher was awesome the microwave, fridge, coffee /tea dispenser, and entire room was awesome -Pick up from airport very helpful FANTASTIC 24 HOUR FITNESS ROOM, ESPECIALLY THE LIFEFITNESS TREADMILLS -great to see waiver preventing smoking in rooms -pet friendly Cons: None

I would like to say thank you to Manya and Hafsa, Making our check in very fast and answering all questions, My wife and I felt very comfortable and at ease, that is what your looking for when staying at a hotel We would also like to say it is so very nice when you are served very courteous and with great smiles. We asked for information regarding restaurants and malls and they asked what we would like or needed so they gave us several choices. Every time we would go by the lobby they were very friendly. Overall, my review is not very flattering and that's a shame because 12 years ago this place was wonderful. The only reason I booked it was because of 1- the convenience to the airport; 2- the airport shuttle service offered; and 3- the ability to pay for parking my personal vehicle while away for 7 days. My first stay here was 12 years ago in February with my spouse and two friends because we were going away to an all inclusive resort. I remember it because we were going during the week of my birthday, and we happened to be staying on Super Bowl Sunday. We watched the game in Moxies and my spouse and I have always loved Moxies. When we stayed the first time we had a double queen room, and it was tidy, clean and the convenience was impressive. This time... it was just convenient... aside from getting to dine in Moxies the night before our 6 AM flight, and getting to park my personal vehicle. We arrived in early evening since we travelled from a couple hours east and I had it noted on my reservation which was fine and well. We arrive and bring our luggage up to the room on the 4th floor and our room was near the elevator which wasn't ideal, but I wasn't going to let that bother me. In the grand scheme that didn't bother me as much as the terrible "comforts" offered in the room. I booked the Corporate King room (conf #366279672) and I was less than impressed to go up and discover the bed was certainly NOT a KING sized bed. My spouse had I upgraded our old bedroom suite from Queen size to a King bed, so the only reason I paid the extra fee for the Corporate King room was to get the KING bed that we didn't get. We definitely got a Queen size and I was not impressed at all. Unfortunately my spouse was long passed out by the time I was getting into bed (not to mention in his skivvies) that I knew I was going to make a review about this detail, but little did I know there would be more issues. I decided to hop in the shower because 2:15 AM was going to come too quickly and the airport shuttle was going to arrive at 3 AM to bring us to Pearson. I hop in the shower and the shower nozzle was blocked in most of the shower head, and felt like I was being ripped to shreds with hard water. I thought ok this is awful. When I get dressed, there was a nice little kitchenette with a small stove, sink and small fridge. I was going to place my water bottle in there and I stopped. The fridge, all the cupboards (upper and lower) had so many grimy hand/finger prints all over them, and then as I looked at the lower cabinets, something had obviously fallen and splattered liquid like milk or something all over the cupboards because it was still all over them. GROSS. I have pictures and I am going to attach them momentarily. I go downstairs to mention their shower head is broken and they had better fix it before their next guests arrive or they will have more complaints. The lady at the desk offered to send someone up to fix the shower and get housekeeping to clean it properly, and I declined because 1- we weren't going to need the shower anymore and 2- my spouse was already sawing logs and half naked, so it's not a good idea to have housekeeping in at almost 9 PM when it should have been cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before we arrived at 6 PM. I go upstairs and I decide to inspect the bathroom one last time. I look and under where the sink cabinets are, there was obviously a leak that had been fixed, but the remnants of it were't. It looked like it warped the particle board cabinets and there was some yellow crust- possible lime build up, I don't know. I have pictures of that too. Honestly, the only reason my review isn't getting the "terrible" review is 1- the convenience of parking and the airport shuttle going to the airport and bringing us back to the hotel after our trip to get my car. The added bonus is Moxies which has always been a favourite of ours the last 20 years (as a restaurant chain). Would I stay here again? Probably not. I'd rather park at my in laws 40 minutes away, or pay the $150 - $170 to park at Pearson for the 8 or 9 days they allow, than stay here. It's a shame this place really disappointed and not worth the $401.13.

This hotel offers an airport shuttle to and from the airport. The bed is the most comfortable bed we slept in on our whole trip. The bedding was luxurious and there were lots of pillows. The room on the 11th floor was recently renovated and modern. Coffee and Tea was supplied in the room. I wish they also offered complimentary water. Fridge and microwave available. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling through the area. Moxie’s restaurant is also attached to the hotel.
